She led a team of Corps employees and over 100 volunteers to make this event a success. The team's combined efforts allowed 36 hunters to participate in this sportsmen's tradition. This hunting experience is a two-day event, combining comradery over an evening bonfire, and serious hunting from prepared blinds during the day. Her uncommon dedication and commitment to the people attending this event was evident in smiles and warm thank you's from the program participants.
Shelly has maintained a program of excellence and her constant attention to the preservation and improvement of the public's resources have earned her the MVS November 2016 Employee of the Month.
Congratulations on a job well done!
